I pulled in here on a whim to get some fairly minor body work done on my car. Jonathan was a 100% pleasure to deal with. For some of the repairs I didnβt want to go all out in terms of expense (replacing every part etc) and Jonathan was entirely receptive to tailoring the work I wanted done to my budget. Good communications. Very happy with results.

My daughter Nissan Sentra has been in this June 5th with 6 different pick up times. This shop only has one mechanic and 1 vendor that comes in help. I was so understanding when they told us they missed the fuse on the front headlight so they had to send it bck to my insurance company to approve in which was done within 2 days. But the lack of communication is ridiculous and unacceptable. We was told they under new management now but yet the business still terrible and the front desk lady I donβt blame because she donβt know nothing but what they tell her. By far the worse shop I ever dealt with and unprofessional. Learn how to communicate and hire more mechanics or tell people this in the beginning and let them decide if they want to still leave their vehicle here . Wish u can leave 0 stars

I was told to use this location based on an insurance claim I was not liable for. Drop off was easy. I stated I wanted to be notified prior to work done and get a quote on parts needed if they were to come out of pocket. I did receive a call about what Work will be looked at and was told I will receive a quote in a future call for the parts. The call I received after that was stating when my car will be available for pick up and no mention of parts as I assume insurance covered the cost. I receive a text message link to pay my invoice, but was not aware of the cost that was coming out of pocket. I called front desk and asked of the part number in specific and details related to brand and other information at which I was told, I will receive that info when I come to pick up the car on the receipt. I came to pick up the car after work and those details were not present anywhere on my itemized receipt. Prior to paying for my vehicle I decided to inspect the car instead of paying immediately since I knew nothing about the replacement part details. Upon inspection, I noticed additional damage done to the trim of the car I presume from a Jack being incorrectly placed and lifted rather

I think I was lied to so that my car could get totaled out and flipped...... took my car in at the end of January and it got totaled out in May. on multiple occasion I was told by my service adviser Edwin that all of the work was done and the only issue was my computer wasn't storing calibration information. Look at the photo I uploaded. what work was done to that car? and how is that car going to store calibration information when the sensors are all over the place. parts were apparently ordered and replaced, allegedly the frame was pulled them replaced because parts weren't lining up. nothing was done. all of the same parts are still on the vehicle and the front frame was not replaced. I was even told that all of the work was done and that the car as being sent to get cleaned up... in what world is the car in the photo being sent to get cleaned? I was told that everything was done and the only issue was the calibration. was told that the car was sent to Mercedes to get calibrated. How is a car that had no work done getting calibrated. after seeing the car I decided to do some digging. The nearest Mercedes to the shop is also the one that I send my vehicle to for service. I had a pretty good experience here. I was a walk in with no appointment, and was treated well. I had a minor issue with my car and they took it right away and fixed it on the spot. The lobby is clean and neat. While I was waiting, I saw them give rides to 2 different customers. Just an overall good vibe from this place.
